12 Week Transformation Challenge

The team at CrossFit Furnace are looking for 20 men and women to undertake the 12 week transformation challenge this spring! This challenge is designed to get you fit and healthy and looking great for summer! The 12 week transformation challenge is individualised to your needs after a goal setting consultation with our Head Coach at CrossFit Furnace.

By the end of the 12 weeks the dedicated team at CrossFit Furnace will have helped you lose body fat, tone up and become a stronger, faster and leaner version of yourself. We guarantee results in 12 weeks when this program is followed!!

You can attend UNLIMITED training sessions during the 12 week period!

For your convenience, we have training sessions available 6 days a week with morning, mid morning and evening sessions during the week and Saturday sessions as well. If you have small kids that don’t go to school yet, no worries! You can bring kids with you when you train at the 0930hr class. There is a training time that can suit even the busiest lifestyle at CrossFit Furnace.

FREE nutrition advice and meal ideas from our Staff Chef and On Site Nutritionist.

At CrossFit Furnace, during your 12 week challenge, you will receive free access to all of our nutrition seminars. We have an on site Nutritionist and Chef who will not only give you a 30 day whole food challenge, they will talk you through different ways to make healthy food interesting for you and easy to make while also helping to show you how to make healthy decisions about every day foods. Our Seminars often end by showing you how to prepare and make different foods and of course, a taste test! At the start of your challenge you will get a body composition analysis, your body measurements taken and photos so that you can have a baseline. You will then have them all retaken every 4 weeks so you will then have observable and measurable results through out your challenge.

This package includes your On Ramp sessions for FREE and a mentor Coach for 12 weeks!

That’s a saving of $130 for the On Ramp!!!

You will also have a completely free goal setting session with our Head Coach when you sign up so that we can make sure that we tailor the challenge to your needs! This saves you a further $70!!

We want you to succeed in your challenge and the best way to do this is to understand your goals and motivations to change and give you the tools to help you get there.

This program is only $55 per week. That makes it only $13.75 a training session when you train 4 times a week!

Once training sessions fill up, our coaches will not be signing up any new memberships! We only have 5 places for mentor clients with each of our Coaches. Once places are full, we will not be accepting any more members to this program.
