The CrossFit for Kids and Teens program here at CrossFit Furnace has been developed to help kids to grow up healthy, strong and develop a lifelong love of fitness. The CrossFit for Kids and Teens program is designed with the unique needs of young athletes in mind. They combine skills practice and workouts that focus on building strength and conditioning. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, skipping, and more – all in a fun and safe environment scaled to suit your child’s individual level of fitness and ability.
