New to CrossFit? Come and Check out one of our foundations classes! These run on Saturday morning and give you a chance to meet the community, learn the foundation movements that you would see in regular classes and try a CrossFit workout. They are run by your mentor coach who will then guide you through your first year of training. If Saturday morning doesn’t suit, you can do these as PT sessions instead.
