For AFL and Field Sport athletes from 16 – 40
An intensive, eight-week, in-season program designed to help AFL and Field Sport athletes of all levels dominate on the field.
Whether you’re just starting in the sport, or a seasoned veteran, CrossFit Furnace’s tailored AFL and Field Sport Strength and Conditioning Program gives you the knowledge and training methodology you need to improve your performance.
We’ll use individually tailored weightlifting, sprinting, plyometric and conditioning drills, in addition to your club’s skills specific training, to ensure that you are able to develop to peak physical condition. We also include mobility training to ensure you improve your recovery rates and stay injury free. You will noticeably become stronger, faster, and better able to compete, standing out on the field.
While your opponents are suffering the deconditioning that comes from only focusing on outdated strength and conditioning drills at club level training, you’ll be getting better every week.
- The program is run in conjunction with your clubs training.
- The program takes into account game days and recovery needs.
- Morning and evening sessions available to fit busy schedules.
- All training sessions conducted in our Darch training facility.
