This class has a maximum of three people in it for each coach. This way you will have all the time you need with your coach to start learning the foundation movements that you see in general CrossFit classes.
KIDS CROSSFIT (Ages 7-12)
Focused on basic gymnastic movements, squatting, push ups, pull ups, core strength work, and climbing, this program also introduces kids to the foundations of olympic lifting technique, plyometric training, speed and agility drills, rowing, and stretching.
TEENS CROSSFIT (Ages 12-16)
A strength and conditioning program at its core, this program utilises more complex olympic lifting movements and heavier weights along with more advanced gymnastic movements.
We understand that not everyone enjoys a group training environment! Work with our personal trainers 1:1 at times that work for you, working towards your specific training goals.
